When your ticket is answered, you receive a notification via e-mail. Additionally, you can track the status of your ticket by clicking the link in the e-mail you receive after opening the ticket, or from the 'View Ticket' section on the left side.
We reply to all tickets as soon as possible, within 24 hours! If an instant response is required, our clients can reach us through our Hotline!
